If South isn't right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of any purchase or renewal, with no questions asked.

How to ask

Write to us at hello@south.email from the email you bought with, or reply to your license email; you can also ask Link (Sold through Link, LLC), which sold you South, at support.link.com. The full amount goes back to your original payment method; your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days, and Link emails you the credit note.

After a refund

The license stops working at its next check. South keeps your downloaded mail readable and searchable on your Mac; nothing is deleted.

Your legal right to withdraw

In the EU and UK you may have a 14-day right to withdraw from digital purchases. Our 30-day refund goes further, so you're covered either way.
